BANANA CAKE

Three medium-ripe bananas
3 eggs, 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, and 60 milliliters of milk
eighty grams of butter
15 milligrams of sugar-reactive yeast
Vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon
One dash of salt
Get Ready:
Chop the bananas and place them in a bowl. Using a fork, we mash it until it becomes a puree-like consistency. We will save this banana puree for later use as the cake’s foundation.
Step 2: Place the eggs in a separate basin and whisk them vigorously with a stick until they have doubled in size. After the butter has melted in the microwave, we add the sugar, milk, vanilla essence, salt, and a touch of vanilla. Toss in the remaining ingredients and beat until combined.
